Where we ship
We ship to eligible addresses in the United States only. We do not offer international shipping, including Canada and other destinations outside the U.S.
Exact eligibility for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, and PO boxes will match the shipping zones configured at checkout. Until those zones are finalized, do not assume every U.S. address is supported.
Cost
Standard shipping is free on eligible United States orders for the FM-B2403A when purchased through this site.
Processing and delivery estimates
Orders are fulfilled by our Ohio-based fulfillment partner and are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Most contiguous U.S. orders ship using USPS Ground Advantage and typically spend 2–5 business days in carrier transit, for an estimated combined 3–7 business days from order to delivery. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Tracking
When a shipment is dispatched, tracking information is emailed to the address on the order.
Delays, damage, and loss
Contact [email protected] if a package is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged. If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, you receive the legally required delay, cancellation, or refund options.
Address corrections
Contact support promptly if you need to correct an address before dispatch. After handoff to the carrier, changes may not be possible.
