One-Year Limited Warranty
This limited warranty covers the Electrical Muscle Stimulator (model FM-B2403A) sold by Novixme, operated by Invodot LLC.
Coverage period
Coverage begins on the delivery date and continues for one year.
What is covered
Qualifying manufacturing defects in the main electronic device under normal instructed use, including electronic controls, display, charging system, and internal component failures caused by manufacturing defects.
What is not covered
- Consumable adhesive electrode pads (excluded from the ongoing device warranty)
- Misuse, accidents, unauthorized repair, and normal wear
Remedies
Approved warranty shipping is seller-paid. Remedy may be repair, replacement with the same or an equivalent covered model, or an appropriate refund. State-law rights are preserved.
